Quality Inspector
£7.20 – £8.50 Per Hour day rate (Depending on experience)
£11.18 Per Hour night rate

Permanent Position (After successful trial period)
A successful Engineering Company based near Birmingham are currently looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their Quality Team in a permanent role.
Duties include:
• Checking Automotive parts for faults and defects
• Measuring parts using micrometers, Verniers and various gauges
• Working to fine tolerances for the automotive, aerospace and other associated industries
• Completion of various paperwork and IT based records to provide management with necessary data when required
• Liaising with production teams to ensure best practices are followed during quality process
• Reporting of issues with machinery to management and maintenance teams
Experience required:
• Previous quality inspection experience
• Excellent eye for detail including the ability to measure accurately using a variety of gauges
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with people at all levels
• Good problem solving skills and proactive nature regarding issues
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail and General Internet use etc.
• Be able to work successfully as part of a team
• Use initiative when working alone
• Valid Uk driving licence
• Own Transport
• Flexible
