Due to a new client win we are looking for 3 permanent Shift Supervisors / Team Leaders to work for us directly to manage our temporary workers on-site at this global automotive client. We have 3 vacancies:
0530-1430 hrs x1
1330-2230 hrs x1
2130-0630 hrs x1
The shifts are static, so do not rotate, and are Monday to Friday.
The duties include:
Checking the workers in, dealing and managing with punctuality and attendance, monitoring and managing performance on the shop floor, liaison with client managers, reporting in to our Account Manager and reporting. The role is fast paced and can be pressurised, but no day will be the same! We are looking for someone with a shopfloor background (automotive or manufacturing or industrial) with previous team leading / supervising experience.
You must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, be able to work under pressure and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to the client.
You will need your own transport and be flexible on your working hours.
