We have a new and exciting opportunity at a new site for an existing client. The client is within retail distribution and uses high volumes of ongoing and seasonal warehouse workers.
We are seeking an On-Site Account Manager to manage the start to finish of the recruitment process and then manage those temporaries when they on-site. Duties include:
Recruiting and selecting candidates on a daily and weekly basis adhering to the clients stringent recruitment requirements.
Meeting and checking in all new starters and ensuring the complete the relevant induction programme.
Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
Client Liaison: Completing daily and weekly KPI reports, attending management and planning meetings, reporting back to the Company.
The client runs a 24-7 operation so you must be flexible with working hours, have own transport and be able to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
