MIG / TIG Welder with Fabrication skills required

£10.00 - £12.00 per hour + (depending on experience)
Temporary to Permanent position
A busy Engineering company based in Tyseley, South Birmingham is currently looking for an experienced MIG / TIG Welder with fabrication skills to join their team on a Permanent basis following a successful trial period.
Work will be varied and will involve producing work from Engineering / Fabrication drawings and ensuring quality is checked before delivery is arranged to customers.
Applicants will need previous MIG and TIG Welding experience, both to a high standard (Codings or qualifications are NOT essential). Fabrication skills including producing materials to the right size and specification using relevant machinery will also be required.
The successful candidate will be selected upon completion of a trade test incorporating all elements of the role.
Immediate start will be required.
Own Welding Mask / Helmet would be preferred.
Basic fabrication tools would be a distinct advantage.
