To apply for the recruitment resourcer role you must be a confident self-starter with excellent communication and organisation skills, able to work well within a small and extremely goal-focussed team which places customer service and hard work at its core. Resourcing experience is highly desirable but not essential as training will be given.
The Resourcer role will involve:
• Advertising for new candidates
• Identifying, assessing and interviewing temporary workers
• Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face
• Clearing and filing candidate files whilst adhering to strict compliance procedures
• Online job board and general diary management.
