Technical Writer/ Document Engineer

A successful engineering & manufacturing company, based in Stratford upon Avon, is currently looking for an experienced Process or Document Engineer/ Technical Writer to join their team on a temporary basis to document manufacturing processes from video into process manual form. The company is a safety technology manufacturer, specialising in installation and control equipment for various sectors.
Duties will include:
• Interpretation of assembly work videos into detailed written documents
• Documenting of detailed instructions and processes of the assembly work
• Describing PPE and tools that need to be used as part of the job described
The right candidate should have:
• A background in a manufacturing environment background
• Previous experience within a process or manufacturing engineering role
• An eye for detail and quality
• Excellent written skills and technical vocabulary knowledge
